    Rasa saya masalah gen2 tersengguk2 tu x lain dari fuel pump dia. Sbb kereta saya pun jadi benda yang sama. Kos dlm rm300 lebih.

    As salam…nak tanaya la..kete gen2 saya masa sy tgh bawak..tiba2 rpm jd tak betul..terus naik ke 8000 rpm…tak jalan terus…pastu check engine menyala…kete jadi semput2…ape masalahnye ye..

    1) What is the protocol for ALL Proton Service branches? in term of knowledge? did they been teach about proton engine’s car?I send my car to change engine oil (21K mileage-normal service). the didnt know the quantity of engine’s oil.i ask (test) them how much engine oil for inspira 2.0?they said “5.0 L”. the real is 4.3 L.

    2)What is the protocol for balance oil from each service? FYI- inspira’s engine 2.0 is 4.3L. Which i must get 4L + 0.3L. so customer should pay for how much?? Is it price for 4L + 1L or 4L + 0.3L?

    Let focus on 0.3 L.

    Questions are:

    a)Customer must pay for the whole 1L or 0.3 L?What is the S.O.P?

    b)If the Customer must pay for 1 L,Is it Proton will return the balance 0.7 L engine’s oil to Customer?what is the S.O.P?

    c)If the Customer collect the return’s oil 0.7L, can Customer use it for the next service?? i mean, Customer just pay for 4L engine’s oil and the balance 0.3L just use the previous balance oil (collected from previous visit to the SAME/DIFFERENT branches?)

    d)If Customer cannot use the balance oil back for the next service, Can proton make some adjustment to your protocol just for fulfill the word of “WECARE”?

    3) What is the S.O.P for personnel who always see/listen to Customer.Did they can interrupt during Customer complaint? “I TALK U TALK” just because dont want to hear/deny what customer complaint.

    4)Last question. What is the STANDARD for Proton Branch? is it must go through selection?procedure?or anybody who have Enough Money to open Proton Branch can open it without follow the Protocol?S.O.P?

      Salam bro…they dont know how,that the main problem n sometimes make us customers will prefer a local workshop for maintaining n servicing our diagnosis. This attitude should be changed to avoid any unconvinced matters. Aku sendiri mntk tgk service manual diorng utk checking ecu box. They still lack of knowledge n experiences. Peace!! Love Proton but the system should be improved. ✌
